A revolution is underway...let Hoop-Active usher you into the rhythmic world of hooping.

Hoop-Active is active about all things hoop. Hoop Dance isn't just incredibly fun, it is also a great cardio workout for all ages and an effective way to strengthen your core while building self-confidence and relaxing your mind. Hoop-Active is based out of Mechanicsville just outside of Richmond, Virginia. Classes are taught in Henrico and Hanover Counties through the Parks and Rec programs. Hoop-Active is also available for private lessons, entertainment and workshops!
